    Shipping Information

    Most orders are shipped 30 to 60 days after final payment is received. We do accept rush orders when possible. Small orders of Corsages or Boutonnieres are shipped quickly when possible. It is always best to contact us to confirm availability.

    Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

    We stand behind our products and we will replace any damaged items. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us as soon as your flowers arrive. We will work with you to correct any problems. Buyer pays return shipping on all merchandise.

    How do you Ship? Shipping is USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on where you live and the size of your shipment. Please contact us for special arrangements.

    How do I pay? Credit Card Payments are accepted through Paypal. We also make special arrangements with our customers who want to pay by check or use our lay a way plan.

    How do I get my color? We carry color swatches for most of David's Bridal Colors but you may send us any kind of swatch... ribbon, paint chip from a local hardware store, fabric from your designer, a piece of trim...we have matched Coffee Cup Logos, Ties and pictures on the internet. Monitor colors can vary so we do not guarantee that the flowers will be a perfect match but so far we have been close enough. Any thing that you can mail we can either dye or tip to match.
